Apple Cinnamon Dream
Apple Cinnamon Dream is dreamt and made reality by Hernö Gin Distiller Magnus Erstsson. Notes of apple and cinnamon enhances the floral notes and the cassia used in Hernö Dry Gin. A dry apple cider of good quality makes the dream just heavenly. You might not want to wake up.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Dry Gin
- 20 ml cinnamon syrup*
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Dry Apple Cider
Preparation
Shake Hernö Dry Gin, cinnamon syrup and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with a dry apple cider. Garnish with apple zest. * Cinnamon syrup 300 g sugar 300 g water 2 cinnamon sticks in pieces Heat everything in a casserole until sugar has dissolved. Let rest for two hours. Strain into a bottle.
