The bee’s knees are where good stuff for the honey is collected, since it sticks on the legs of the bee when it flit from flower to flower to collect nectar. We let the bee’s go higher this time and bring us the taste from birch leaves.  
Hernö Artisan Ten Gin

Make one yourself

Ingredients
  • 60 ml Hernö Artisan Ten Gin
  • 25 ml birch and honey water*
  • 20 ml lemon juice
Preparation

Shake Hernö Artisan Ten Gin, birch and honey water and fresh lemon juice with ice for about eight seconds. Strain into a coupette glass or cocktail glass. *To make birch and honey water, dissolve two parts honey in one part warm water and add a handful of birch leaves. Let it rest for a while and strain before use.
