Bijou sipping gin edition
The classic cocktail Bijou was invented by Harry Johnsson, the father of professional, bartendering. The name Bijou is given since it combines the colors of three jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby, and chartreuse for emerald. This is our take with Hernö Sipping Gin 2021. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 40 ml Hernö Sipping Gin 2021
- 20 ml Green Chartreuse
- 20 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitter
Preparation
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
