Bramble is a modern classic created by legendary cocktail king Dick Bradsell, a London bartender noted for his innovative work with cocktails.
Make one yourself
Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Dry Gin
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- Crème de Mûre or Chambord
Preparation
Pour Hernö Dry Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker. Shake everything with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the top with Crème de Mûre or Chambord.
