

Add Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin, lemon juice and dill syrup in to a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice, top it up with soda and give it a nice quick stir. Garnish with dill.
*Dill syrup:
500 g sugar
500 g water
A handful of dill
Bring the water to boil. Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, stirring constantly. Add dill and let it rest for three hours. Strain into a bottle.
