Our way to make the iconic French 75. Combining the crisp, floral notes of Hernö Old Tom Gin with the sparkling wine and a splash of zesty lemon - this cocktail is perfect for celebrations or a sophisticated evening in.

Ingredients
- 40ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 80ml Sparkling Wine
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a champagne glass. Top with 80ml sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon zest.
