Gin Sour
Gin Sour is a fresh sour and sweet-tart gin cocktail. It's easy to mix and consists of gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Egg white or aquafaba (optional)
Preparation
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake vigorously (if using egg white or aquafaba). Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
