Golden Daisy
A golden version of the classic Daisy paying tribute to Härnösands rich beverage history where oranges were a common flavour.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Hernö Artisan XV
- 30 ml Orange Cordial*
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- Soda water (optional)
Preparation
Pour all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice and strain into a coupette glass. Top with a splash of soda water (optional). * Orange Cordial: Pour 250g of sugar over the zest from 1 orange in a bowl, cover with a lid and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Add 250 ml of fresh orange juice to and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp and peel and store cold.
