Hernö Cassis Noir 75

Our twist on the classic French 75, with Hernö Blackcurrant, is Hernö Cassis Noir 75. Fruity and fresh. If you haven’t tried it already, we highly recommend the classic too.

Ingredients
  • 50 ml Hernö Blackcurrant
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Champagne
Preparation

Pour Hernö Blackcurrant, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about ten seconds. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with Champagne.
