Hernö Gin Hays Collins is a cocktail created with Hernö Botanical Flavoured Gin, a No Buzzword Gin crafted with two botanicals only. Like a craft gin with noise cancelling. Consider this a manifest against buzzword gin products. Free from the nonsense additives, fairytale botanicals, make believe distilling methods and redundant product categories flooding our industry.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Botanical Flavoured Gin
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 5 ml absinth
- Soda water
Preparation
Pour Hernö Botanical Flavoured Gin, lemon juice, syrup and absint into a shaker. Shake it. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon zest.
