Hernö Happy Birchday Negroni
This cocktail is a twist on a classic Negroni. Perfectly balanced to make Hernö Artisan Ten Gin, matured on birch casks, blossom with woody and floral notes. Lemon zest takes the freshness higher. Happy birchday when Hernö Gin is celebrating ten years, 2021.

- 40 ml Hernö Artisan Ten Gin
- 30 ml Punt e Mes
- 20 ml Carpano Botanic Bitter
- Lemon zest
Preparation
Pour Hernö Artisan Ten Gin, Punt e Mes and Carpano Botanic Bitter into a stirring glass. Stir. Pour into a old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
