- 50 ml Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2021
- 100 ml premium tonic
- Lemon zest or trumpet chanterelle
Preparation
Take a highball glass and fill it with ice. Pour in Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin, top with premium tonic and garnish with a lemon zest. If you feel like being wild and crazy, garnish with a trumpet chanterelle.
