Mix all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Stir a few times and garnish with a lemon zest. *SIMPLE SYRUP - 5dl Water - 5dl Sugar Place sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring, make sure all the sugar dissolve. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour into a glass container and store in the refrigerator. Lasts for about one month.
