Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon
- 2 ml Simple Syrup
- Soda Water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Stir a few times and garnish with a lemon zest. Pour all ingredients except the soda water over ice in a highball glass. Stir a few times and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh lemon zest (optional).
