

Heat the apple juice and water until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in Hernö Sloe Gin. Place about 10g of spiced butter in your cup (a wooden mug if you want to keep it traditional). Pour the hot mixture over the butter and stir until melted.
Top with lightly whipped cream and finish with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
*Spiced Butter (enough for multiple servings): 50g unsalted butter, room temperature, 0.5dl raw cane sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon, 1 pinch ground nutmeg, 1 small pinch ground cloves, 1 small pinch vanilla powder
