

Pour Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin, Chaga tea, malic and cranberry honey into a shaker filled with ice. Shake it. Strain into a beautiful glass or into a swedish style wooden cup as Samuel Falck.
*Chaga tea
Add a 60 gram piece of Chaga to 2 liters of water and heat up to boiling point. Let simmer for 2 hours. Strain. You can use the same piece of Chaga up to 5 times.
**Malic
Heat malic to 50–60°C. Add dried meadowsweet and sweet gale. Let rest for 1 hour.
***Cranberry honey and jelly
Dissolve 7/10 honey in 3/10 water in a casserole. Heat slightly. Add a handful of cranberry and let boil carefully until the honey turns red and and the berries falls apart. Strain the honey and keep the berries. Create small jelly candy to be used as garnish of the left over berries.
