Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin, fresh lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about ten seconds. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with Champagne. *Cook 3 dl sugar and 3 dl water until sugar is disolved. Add 250 g raspberries Let rest for three hours. Strain, bottle and store in fridge for up to a month. Also try this receipe with strawberries, it's delicious.
