Pink BTL Dry Martini

Dry Martini is a really straightforward cocktail, the challenge is to decide whether the garnish should be an olive or a lemon zest. We choose lemon zest to enhance the flavours in Hernö Pink BTL Gin. This take on the classic cocktail, using Mancino Sakura, gives a Dry Martini with bold floral notes with viola, cherry blossoms and rose.

Ingredients
  • 60 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin
  • 10 ml Mancino Sakura
  • Lemon zest
Preparation

Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin and Mancino Sakura into a stirring glass. Fill with ice and stir for about twenty seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
