Pink Gin
This is the original Pink Gin, the cocktail. This is what Pink Gin really is about and it’s actually almost more orange than pink. From the beginning a happy accident from the British Royal Navy stumbling around trying to find absolutely anything to fight their seasickness, preventing bitters to make them taste less bitter. The remedy: Gin.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitter
Preparation
Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin and two dashes of Angostura Bitter into a stirring glass. Fill the glass with ice to three fourths and stir with a spoon for about ten seconds for perfect dilution. Finally strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass.
