Ingredients
- 40ml Hernö Dry Gin
- 20ml Applejack or calvados
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml grenadine
- Egg white (from 1 egg)
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange zest.
