Saluting the Italian Negroni Sbagliato, we raise our glasses with our sparkling interpretation using Hernö Dalarosso Dry Gin. Feel the strawberries, the vermouth and a slight saltiness in perfect combination with the dry Champagne our your choice of sparkling wine.

Ingredients
- 40 ml Hernö Dalarosso Dry Gin
- 10 ml Campari infused with strawberries*
- 10 ml Manicano Bianco Ambrato
- 1 dash saline solution
- 40 ml champagne
Preparation
Build the cocktail over a big ice cube, give it a quick stir. Garnish with grape zest. *1 bottle of Campari and 300 g frozen strawberries. Infuse over night in a refrigerator.
