Semmelhopper

We asked Linus Morgan, Food & Beverage Manager at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm, to create a cocktail inspired by the traditional Swedish sweet bun Semla. According to old traditions you eat a Semla the last day before Lent, nowadays we enjoy it any day from christmas to midsummer or whenever you crave for a Semla. The same goes for Linus Semmelhopper.
