Sipping Gin Paloma
A zesty Gin Paloma based on our premium Sipping gin, infused with fresh grapefruit juice and topped off with some soda water.

Ingredients
- 40 ml Hernö Sipping Gin 2024
- 30 ml grapefruit juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 10 ml lime juice
- Soda water
Preparation
Pour Sipping Gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and lime juice into a shaker. Shake everything with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
