Sloe Gin Fizz
Sloe Gin Fizz is a classic cocktail with roots dating back to 1887, perfectly capturing the festive spirit of the holiday season. Featuring sloe gin, a traditional British Christmas tipple, this refreshing and bubbly drink brings a delightful twist to winter celebrations.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Sloe Gin
- 25 ml lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Dash of soda
Preparation
Pour Hernö Sloe Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice for about three seconds, then fill the shaker with ice and shake again for about ten seconds. Add soda water to the shaker and strain the cocktail into a old fashioned glass or a whiskey glass. Finally garnish with a lemon wedge.
