Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Sloe Gin
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Egg white
- 2 dash Angostura Bitter (optional)
Preparation
Pour Hernö Sloe Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with 2 dash of Angostura Bitter.
