Soaked in gin along with a touch of sugar our very tiny sloe berries are turned into something divine: Sloe gin. And in the next step you make a Hernö Sloe Gin sour. This is adult candy at its best.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Sloe Gin
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml egg white
Preparation
Pour Hernö Sloe Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.
