Ingredients

• 35 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
• 2 drops saline solution*
• 80 ml Carbonated Gooseberry & Rooibos Cordial **

Preparation

Serve over ice, garnish with orange zest. * Saline Solution 1 part salt 3 parts water Stir together until salt is completely dissolved in the water. Keep in sealed bottle in refrigerator. ** Carbonated Gooseberry & Rooibos Cordial 1 part of frozen gooseberries 1 part caster sugar 1,5 part water 1/10 part Rooibos Tea 1/5 part Malic Acid 1/2 part Hernö Old Tom Gin 1/2 part fine filtered limejuice (freshly pressed limejuice through a coffefilter) Mix all ingredients except sugar in a bucket, and keep over night in refrigerator, strain though coffefilter or cheese cloth, andan add the sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Carbonate with a sodastreamer or other coronation machine.
