Old Tom Collins
A legendary cocktail with a story. The Great Tom Collins Hoax of 1874 was a joke that went viral in New York and Philadelphia. It became a rage asking for the non existing person Tom Collins and newspapers were printing stories about false sightings of him. A bartender caught on and gave a drink the name Tom Collins so if anyone was making this joke they had unknowingly ordered the drink.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 25 ml färskpressad citron
- 20 ml sockerlag
- Citronzest (valfritt)
Preparation
Häll Hernö Old Tom Gin, färskpressad citronjuice och sockerlag i ett highballglas. Fyll glaset med is, toppa med sodavatten och rör om snabbt. Garnera med citronzest och servera.
