White Negroni
The White Negroni is a modern twist on the Florentine classic. Ours is built on Hernö Old Tom Gin, lifted by Cocchi Americano and the herbal bite of gentian bitters. Finished with a graceful touch of grape zest, it’s a brighter, lighter take on the original’s bold character.

Ingredients
- 30 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 15 ml Gentian Bitters
- 15 ml Cocchi Americano
- Grape Zest
Preparation
Pour Hernö Old Tom Gin, Gentian Bitters and Cocchi Americano into a stirring glass with ice. Stir and strain the cocktail into a lowball glass filled with ice. Garnish with an grape zest.
