Experience small and medium sized plates with a Northern touch
Try our Topside tartar with topside of beef, Pistou, sun dried tomato, parmesan, crispy shallots and jerusalem artichoke. Or why not our tomato flatbread with västerbotten cheese, ramson and basil. Are you into desserts? Go for our raspberry tarte with raspberry marmalade, raspberry curd, oxalis, crystallized white chocolate and tonka bean ice cream.
Attend a gin tasting for knowledge and gininspiration
You’re welcome to visit Hernö Gin Bar for a gin tasting. All our gin tastings are for prebooking to ensure the very best experience and will be held in Swedish.
You will learn the story of Hernö Gin, our products and the botanicals that are essential to the very special character of the most awarded gin in the world. You will taste five different gins and get an insight in what different factors that are influencing nose and palate of the gin. We will tell you all about how we came in to crafting gin, how we make the world’s most awarded gin and also help you discover the wonderful world of different gins.

Treat yourself with a Gin Weekend
Together with Hotel Frantz, a cosy boutique hotel close to Hernö Gin Bar, we’re offering Gin Weekends once a month. You will participate in a cocktail tasting at Hernö Gin Bar, followed by a Chef’s Choice dinner at Hotel Frantz where you will also stay until the following day and have a really nice breakfast.
