The minimum age for gin tastings is 18 years.
Minors are welcome for study visits when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if we receive your cancellation at least 72 hours before the start of your experience.
You may rebook to another date within the same event once, as long as your request reaches us at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
If Hernö Gin Bar incurs any additional costs due to a cancellation or rebooking, the customer is responsible for covering those costs.
All rebooking and cancellation requests should be sent by email to [email protected] for bookings at Hernö Gin Bar Stockholm or [email protected] for bookings at Hernö Gin Bar Göteborg.
The person making the booking is responsible for full payment of all costs according to the reservation, even if participants pay individually. That person is also responsible for any damage caused by members of the group.
Once your booking is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important details about your visit. Please check that everything matches your reservation, and contact us right away if you notice any errors.
Your booking includes everything specified in our offer and confirmed in your booking email. Unless otherwise stated, bookings are not exclusive, meaning other guests may also take part in the same session.
The confirmation includes your start and end times. If the visit starts late for reasons beyond our control, the visit duration may be shortened accordingly. If the experience runs longer than agreed, an additional fee of 500 SEK per hour applies.
According to Swedish law (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities such as gin tastings or study visits. Please see the rebooking and cancellation terms above for available options.
By providing your personal details, you agree that Hernö Gin Bar, as the data controller, may use your information to fulfill your booking. Your details may also be shared with our trusted partners. We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS with information, offers, or updates related to your booked event.
Neither you nor Hernö Gin Bar are responsible for fulfilling obligations that are prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure). This applies as long as the affected party could not reasonably foresee or avoid the event or its consequences.
