Interpretations by Hernö Gin is a collectors series of gin with a creative twist. First out was Hernö Jolie Rouge Dry Gin, 2019. Inspired by The Caribbean and matured in a rum cask the gin developed a palate of crunchy juniper, spices and sweet flowers with underlying notes of cinnamon and tropical fruits. Limited to 848 bottles, 45,2% vol.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Summer fruits with fresh citrus, spicy notes of coriander and pepper. A floral touch that leads the mind to the northern forests, deep cassia.

Finish
The sweet notes subside and a light tart, almost bitter finish. Oak and hints of vanilla. A dry long finish.

Palate
Crunchy juniper upfront, spice and sweet flowers with underlying notes of cinnamon and tropical fruits.

Taste World's Best Gin

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.

The tasting will take two hours and a serving of the world’s best gin and tonic is included.
