Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2017 is created with botanicals handpicked in the surroundings of Dala by Jon Hillgrens mother, Yvonne, during the summer of 2017. Hop found at a deserted farm is one of the treasures from the larder of mother nature this year. Limited to 399 bottles, 44,1% vol.
Tasting Notes
- Nose

An array of floral notes upfront, spicy and fresh. Underlying depth of deep blue juniper.
- Finish

Juniper lingers for a long time, a little warmth at the end accompanied with spiciness – a dry finish.
- Palate

Herbaceous and piney. Slightly creamy and sweet spruce shoots that develops into rich blue juniper. Very sippable.
