Tasting Notes

Nose
Layers of juniper, ranging from mature to green. Loads of floral notes driven by meadowsweet. Grassy green.

Finish
Grassy notes lingers, forest floor yet fresh. A very dry finish.

Palate
Initially load of meadowsweet, green notes and resin accompanied with juniper and some acidic notes.
