Tasting Notes

Nose
Crisp, juniper up front and an array of floral notes. An underlying depth from the malt base. Fresh citrusy notes.

Finish
Elderflower and long lasting juniper, a little warmth and peppery notes. Sweetness from the spruce shoots.

Palate
A floral complexity yet a clear juniper profile. Rowan comes through at the end and gives a freshness. A dry but rich mouthfeel.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.

The tasting will take two hours and a serving of the world’s best gin and tonic is included.
