Our first release of Hernö Swedish Terroir Gin takes a deep dive into the history books, with something quintessentially Swedish. The inspiration comes from an old Swedish text from the 18th century, mentioning “pine shoots and anthill” as flavourings for traditional Swedish spirits. Hernö Swedish Terroir Gin 2026 is an elegant gin offering notes of citrus and umami, complemented by fresh, herbaceous notes from the young pine shoots. Limited to 519 bottles. 43,1% ABV.
