Hernö London Dry Gin matured for 21 days in cask number 152 from Box Whisky. The cask is an ex. 39.25 liter bourbon cask that has been used to store a smoky recipe at Box. It gives a unique aroma with a hint of smoky tones and a creamy texture. 522 bottles. 48.1% ABV. Sold out.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Peaty and some woodiness followed by junipery pine and peppery floral notes.

Finish
A peaty and gently dry finish that lingers for minutes, fresh citrus blossoms.

Palate
A slightly thick, sippable, texture. Juniper upfront with vanilla, pepper and notes of coriander.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.

The tasting will take two hours and a serving of the world’s best gin and tonic is included.
