Nose
Sweet fruits, a floral touch and peat as well as a hint of espresso. Underlying toffee and vanilla yet fresh citrus and a green pine.

Finish
Long lingering smoke. It flourishes into juniper and cassia and fruity notes. A dry long salty finish.

Palate
Juniper upfront accompanied by heavy peat and sweet toffee and pear. Peppery and gives off a little heat. A soft creamy texture.

Oak, green apple and citrus with spicy finish. 1450 bottles, 45.1% vol.

Barley sweets and oak with long lingering figs. 798 bottles, 46,4% vol.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.
