Tasting Notes

Nose
A potent aroma of oak, followed by juniper, meadowsweet and an undertone of fresh green apple peel.

Finish
A dry, spicy and almost rough finish with a lot of juniper and vanilla.

Palate
A mellow taste of juniper and oak, combined with the presence of meadowsweet, black pepper and citrus.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.
