Tasting Notes

Nose
Spicy oak notes followed by oily juniper berries, floral notes and a hint of toasted nuts and vanilla.

Finish
Caramel and warm notes of cassia with rich juniper berries that linger in depth with a dry finish.

Palate
Black pepper developing into a soft oak character, followed by citrus, vanilla and dried fruit.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.
